Adam England
Adam, CEO of Ultra Health Providers, drives the company’s strategic direction with a focus on cultivating strong relationships and ensuring continuous growth.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University (2006), Adam’s engineering background instilled in him a commitment to process-driven success. He worked as a consulting engineer before transitioning to
long-term care in 2018, bringing a fresh,
results-oriented approach to healthcare.

Adam's leadership blends collaboration, innovation, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. His belief in communication and teamwork fosters a thriving, patient-centered care environment. A native of middle Tennessee, Adam’s dedication to relationship-building is at the heart of his leadership philosophy.

Chief Financial Officer
Charley Jerman
Charley is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Ultra Health Providers. As a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) with over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance, he oversees all of the company's financial functions and strategic financial planning.
​
Charley began his career in his hometown of Alamo, TN, where he worked with a regional healthcare company specializing in long-term care. He progressed from an accountant to the CFO, demonstrating a keen ability to drive financial growth and strategic decision-making. Charley earned his accounting degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1999.
​
With a passion for building and expanding successful businesses, Charley is known for his strategic vision and leadership in the healthcare finance sector. His expertise and dedication play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction and success of Ultra Health Providers.

Charley is married to wife, Danna, and has 3 children, Ava, Dickey and Bridger.

Chief Operating Officer
Felicia Warren
Felicia Warren is the Chief Operating Officer of Ultra Health Providers. She joined UHP in March of 2021 where she leads and manages the overall clinical and business operations of UHP. Originally from Mississippi, she relocated to the Nashville, Tennessee area after spending twelve years in the Carolinas.
A graduate of Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, Felicia received her Master of Business Administration from the Else School of Management – Millsaps College, then began her thirty-year healthcare career in medical practices. Before long-term care, she served in hospital system operational leadership roles, such as Assistant Vice President and Administrative Director, working with many different specialties ranging from OB-GYN to Pediatrics to Urgent Care to Cardiology, among several others.
In her free time, Felicia loves spending time with her husband Buster, daughter Hayden, and their two dogs: Lola and Harley. She looks forward to the time each year when all the greenhouses and nurseries open because that means it is time to get outside to start planting flowers. As a family, they go out to breakfast every Saturday morning to kick off the weekend.
Chief Operating Officer, Special Projects
Nance England, APRN
Nance is the Chief Operating Officer of Special Projects and Co-Founder at Ultra Health Providers. With over 20 years of experience as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, she excels in both patient care and managing complex projects. Her extensive background in healthcare and project management enables her to drive impactful initiatives and ensure the highest standards of care.

Originally from West Tennessee, Nance began her academic journey with a Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in healthcare, where she earned her BSN from Belmont University in 2006 and a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University.

Nance’s commitment to patient-centered care and her extensive experience in long-term care reflect her dedication to making a significant difference in the lives of patients. As a leader at Ultra Health Providers, she is dedicated to advancing innovative solutions and ensuring that all patients have access to exceptional care. Her visionary approach and unwavering advocacy for quality care drive the success of special projects within the organization.
Director of Clinical
Jennifer Rowe, APRN
Jennifer Rowe is the Director of Clinical Operations at Ultra Health Providers. She leads the clinical team to partner with skilled care facilities to establish and manage onsite medical practices, ensuring residents receive the best possible care. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, she currently resides in Natchez, Mississippi.

Jennifer’s journey in healthcare began with a certification in medical administration and coding. She holds an undergraduate degree from Belmont University, a master’s in nursing education from South University, and a post-master’s from Vanderbilt University specializing in Palliative Care.
She started with Ultra Health Providers in 2021 as a Regional Clinical Manager. Jennifer was promoted in 2023 to Director of Clinical Operations.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family: husband Brandon, and their dogs George Luc and Flint Eastwoof. They enjoy going to visit their son Zach and daughter-in-law Sarah in the Pacific Northwest. As a family, they enjoy hiking, watching baseball, and spending time exploring the Seattle area.
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Gary B. Verna
Dr. Gary B. Verna received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa and completed clinical training at Vanderbilt University's George Peabody Program. He pursued an APA-approved internship at Children’s Hospital, followed by a fellowship at Harvard Medical School.
Additionally, he was a Fellow at the University of Kansas, specializing in behavior-based interventions for school-aged children. With extensive experience in diagnosing and treating behavioral and emotional disorders, Dr. Verna focuses on the care of adults, particularly the elderly, and has specialized training in treating dual-diagnosed individuals.
His current practice is dedicated to diagnosing and treating emotional and behavioral disorders in the elderly population.

Director of Training
Agatha Boone, RN
Agatha, Director of Clinical Training at Ultra Health Providers, spearheads our comprehensive clinical training programs, delivering exceptional support to our clinical staff. She ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding our high standards of care.

A Jackson State Community College nursing graduate, Agatha’s extensive experience in long-term care facilities enriches her robust training program. She is dedicated to providing practitioners with an in-depth understanding of long-term care while embodying the vision and culture of Ultra Health Providers.
Agatha's passion for teaching and commitment to excellence ensure that our training program equips staff with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

In her free time, Agatha enjoys spending time with her family. As a family, they travel for the kids’ events and spend time on the family farm.

Regional Clinical Manager
Anna Watson, APRN
Anna Watson, Regional Clinical Manager at Ultra Health Providers, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She oversees providers across Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Indiana.

Originally from Martin, TN, and now residing in Goodlettsville, TN, Anna earned her BSN from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2005. She started her career in the NICU at Vanderbilt and Vanderbilt Children’s Primary Care before completing her MSN at Middle Tennessee State University in 2013.
​
Anna’s diverse background includes work in orthopedics, community health, and addiction medicine. Joining Ultra Health Providers in 2020, she transitioned to long-term care and was promoted to Regional Clinical Manager in 2023.
Anna is dedicated to managing her team to deliver quality care and is passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate patient care.

Regional Clinical Manager
Chasity Doss
Chasity Doss is a Registered Nurse with a rich background in long-term care. With experience as a Director of Clinical Operations in various nursing homes, she now excels as a Regional Clinical Manager at Ultra Health Providers.

Chasity began her nursing career in acute care and furthered her expertise with an Advanced Degree in Healthcare Administration. Her passion for enhancing care for vulnerable populations within long-term care communities has been the cornerstone of her career.
​
Certified as a Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Chasity specializes in organizational leadership, performance improvement, health data analytics, and patient safety. Her extensive experience in these areas positions her to effectively lead and drive quality improvements in healthcare organizations.

Chasity is committed to advancing patient safety and using data-driven insights to foster continuous improvement in care quality.
​
​In her leisure time, Chasity enjoys traveling with her family, reading novels, and floating in her pool.
Regional Clinical Manager
Rachel Newmeyer
Rachel is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
As a Regional Clinical Manager at Ultra Health Providers, she is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes and delivering exceptional care through collaboration and teamwork.

Based in Ashland, Ohio, Rachel previously worked as a provider for UHP before stepping into her current management role. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ashland University in 2014 and her DNP in 2020. Her diverse nursing experience includes Cardiac and Neuro step-down, surgical intensive care, and emergency medicine. Rachel has also worked in Urgent Care and in-home care before transitioning to long-term care with UHP.

​When Rachel is not busy working, she is taking care of her dogs, cats and both fresh and salt-water fish. In her free time, Rachel loves gardening, beekeeping, hiking, and spending time with her family.​​​
Human Resources Specialist
Chelsie Schelkopf
Chelsie Schelkopf is the Human Resources Specialist at Ultra Health Providers, where she focuses on supporting the needs of healthcare professionals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Originally from Florida, Chelsie now resides in Central Illinois. Her career began in special education, where she developed a passion for helping others. She later transitioned into social services after discovering her desire to assist individuals in obtaining the care and services they need. Chelsie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership with a minor in Business from Liberty University.

Chelsie loves spending time with her husband, Max, their three dogs, and two quirky cats, Beef and Sausage. She’s also a plant enthusiast, spending a lot of time in her garden.
Nurse Practitioner Recruiter
Jessica Gamberi
Jessica Gamberi is a recruiter at Ultra Health Providers. Originally from East Ridge, TN, she now resides in Southside, AL.
Jessica has a rich background in nursing and healthcare. With an Associate's degree from Northeast Alabama Community College and both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in nursing from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Jessica brings a unique perspective to the recruitment process. Leveraging extensive knowledge in healthcare, Jessica identifies and places top talent, ensuring organizations benefit from skilled and compassionate professionals.

Practice Manager / Credentialing
Sarah Hughes
Sarah is the Practice Manager at Ultra Health Providers, where she brings her experience and passion for the well-being of others to the forefront. Originally from Alabama, she holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama. Her Master’s degree led her to Nashville, TN, for an internship with the Nashville Predators, where she further developed her skills and love for the city, ultimately deciding to make Nashville home for her future professional career.
Before joining Ultra Health Providers, Sarah dedicated five years to the
non-profit healthcare sector in the Middle TN area.
She continues to volunteer with her non-profit family, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to her community.
Sarah has been privileged to watch Ultra Health Providers grow from its beginning. She hopes her proficiency and dedication to the company can help it continue to grow, reaching more facilities and improving the health of more seniors.
Outside of work, Sarah is a very proud dog parent. A sports enthusiast at heart, Sarah is a devout Crimson Tide supporter and proud season ticket holder for the Nashville Predators.
Accounting
Danielle Hazlewood
Danielle is an accomplished accountant at Ultra Health Providers, where she brings her expertise in accounting and finance to drive financial success for the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Originally from Alton, Illinois, Danielle has been a proud resident of Jackson, Tennessee, since 2015. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys traveling and cherishing quality time with her husband and two children. Her dedication to both her career and family showcases her well-rounded approach to life.
Billing and Coding
Laura Fulenwider
Laura Fulenwider is a Billing, Coding and Compliance Specialist at Ultra Health Providers. She is a certified medical coder and E&M auditor with a strong understanding of guidelines and regulations. Her career is focused on ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and conducting thorough audits to support proper billing and reimbursement processes.
Laura's main goal is to leverage her knowledge and contribute to the success of Ultra Health Providers, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of patient care.
In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Erik, and their two sons, Trey and Ethan, as well as their dog, Odin. As a family, they love outdoor activities such as riding UTVs and dirt bikes.
Business Development
Ben Davis
Ben lives in Kingston Springs Tennessee, and has lived in the Nashville area for 11 years. His focus is on business development and outreach to long-term care facilities all over the country, especially in the southeast and Midwest.

Ben has spent over a decade in healthcare sales looking for the organization that felt like it was making the biggest impact, which is what brought him to Ultra Health in 2021. He is very passionate about spreading the word on how Ultra Health can help to improve patient outcomes and help facilities and their teams reach their goals.

He graduated from Mississippi State University (Hail State) with focus on marketing and business and is originally from Brookhaven, Mississippi. He is married with two kids and having a blast raising a young family.
Regional Clinical Support
Abby Vomastic
Abby Vomastic is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who has been with Ultra Health Providers since 2019. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas in 2007 and her MSN from Gonzaga University in 2017.
Abby is passionate about nursing and the service to others, with a strong background in ICU and cardiology. She served as a provider with UHP for several years, and now, in her current role, Abby provides virtual clinical and documentation support to the management team and her fellow nurse practitioners.
She has grown a love for educating others and sharing her knowledge. Aside from nursing, Abby is a proud Army spouse, currently residing in Fort Riley, KS. with her husband, 3 boys, and one fur baby. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, and living life
